Funeral and Obituary for Randy Holtz Baraboo, WI

Randy Holtz of Baraboo, Wisconsin passed away, and we regret to inform you of his passing. For a long time, Randy Holtz lived in Wisconsin. He significantly improved his community. Unfortunately, Randy Holtz died suddenly and too soon.

After confirming his death, his son Ben Holtz sent a crucial note regarding the funeral plans. My father, Randy, would not have wanted the commotion, so we are not planning a formal service for him. Although we truly appreciate the thought, he would detest the thought of money being wasted on items that are short-lived. Many people have inquired about sending cards, flowers, or gifts.

We intend to donate instead to a cause that genuinely embodies his ideals, most likely one that helps preserve the Boundary Waters, which he cherished, or public hunting and fishing areas. We know he would be happy to advocate for the preservation of these locations, which served as his havens.
