Manhunt Underway for 18-Year-Old Jayden McCullum After Deadly Shooting at Fleetwood Manor Apartments in Greenville That Left 3-Year-Old Child Dead, 5-Year-Old and Young Adult Critically Injured

GREENVILLE, S.C. — A tragic and horrifying scene unfolded at the Fleetwood Manor Apartments in Greenville, South Carolina, prompting a widespread manhunt for 18-year-old Jayden McCullum, who is wanted in connection with a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a 3-year-old child and left two other individuals—an 18-year-old and a 5-year-old—critically injured.

The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of gunfire at the apartment complex shortly after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening. Upon arrival, deputies discovered multiple gunshot victims, including two young children. The Greenville County Coroner’s Office later confirmed that the 3-year-old child was pronounced dead at the scene despite emergency responders’ attempts to save the young victim.
