Cape Coral, FL — A two-vehicle crash on Del Prado Boulevard South at SE 13th Street caused significant traffic disruption on Friday afternoon as emergency responders worked to clear the scene.

According to authorities, the crash occurred around 3:11 PM and involved a blue SUV and a white Ford pickup truck towing a boat on a trailer. Details about the cause of the collision and whether there were any injuries have not yet been confirmed.

The accident led to a complete standstill on Del Prado Boulevard South, as well as congestion spilling over onto nearby side streets and surrounding shopping plazas. Drivers experienced delays during what is normally a busy afternoon traffic period.
