VINCENNES, IND. — July 23, 2025 — The Vincennes community is grieving the tragic loss of Coach Chelsea Gugliotta-Moore, a devoted mother, mentor, and community pillar whose sudden passing has left a profound void among family, friends, and countless young athletes she inspired.

Coach Chelsea, widely known for her unwavering dedication to youth development and her genuine kindness, served as the head coach for the 5th grade girls basketball team in the area. More than just a coach, she was a guiding light—offering mentorship, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that extended well beyond the basketball court.

In addition to her coaching role, Chelsea contributed significantly to the local community through her work at Vincennes University and as a valued member of Blazer 91.1 WVUB, the university’s student-run public radio station.
