A dedicated public servant and respected member of the force, Officer Ming’s passing marks the end of a distinguished career built on service, sacrifice, and a steadfast commitment to protecting others.
Known among colleagues for his professionalism, unwavering integrity, and deep compassion for the people he served, Officer Ming was more than a badge and a uniform. He was a mentor to younger officers, a trusted partner in the field, and a reassuring presence in times of crisis. Friends and fellow officers recall his calm demeanor under pressure, his sense of humor in lighter moments, and his willingness to go above and beyond for those in need.
