Police say 18-year-old Keyshaun Davis has been taken into custody and is facing charges in connection with the fatal shooting of Deegan Kirschke, a student at Hampshire High School.

Upon arrival, they found 17-year-old Deegan suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
