HUNTINGTON STATION, N.Y. — The Huntington Station and Azusa Pacific University communities are mourning the heartbreaking loss of Ashley DiBartolomeo, a vibrant young woman whose life was tragically cut short in a motorcycle accident. A proud graduate of Walt Whitman High School’s Class of 2021 and a dedicated student-athlete at Azusa Pacific University, Ashley’s passing has left her family, friends, and community devastated.

A Life of Promise and Inspiration

Ashley grew up in Huntington Station, where her energy and determination shone brightly from a young age. During her years at Walt Whitman High School, she excelled both in the classroom and on the athletic field, setting herself apart not only through talent but through her relentless drive and compassion for others.

Funeral and Memorial Services

Family, friends, and community members will gather to honor Ashley’s life and memory later this week. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 25, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at M. A. Connell Funeral Home, located at 934 New York Ave, Huntington Station, NY.

A funeral service will take place on Friday, September 26, at 10:30 AM at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 1 St. Pius Ct, Plainview, NY.

These services will serve as a time of reflection, remembrance, and unity, as loved ones come together to celebrate the extraordinary life Ashley lived.
