It is a profound sadness that we share the passing of Patricia Cross, affectionately known as Trisha, who left this world far too soon. Born on October 19, 1982, in Vernon, Texas, Trisha was the cherished daughter of Cynthia and Gary McMillin. She grew up in Bells, Texas, where she blossomed into a bright, determined young woman and graduated from Bells High School.
A Life of Devotion and Determination
Trisha spent her life as a devoted mother and loving partner, dedicating herself to her family above all else. Her passion for the outdoors was evident, whether she was exploring the waters of Lake Texoma, enjoying the beauty of the Red River, or simply spending time outside with friends and loved ones. Trisha’s adventurous spirit and love of nature left an indelible mark on those who shared these moments with her.
In addition to her devotion to family, Trisha was a woman of incredible strength and determination. She inherited a tireless work ethic from her mother, Cynthia, and could handle any task with skill and grace. Though small in stature, Trisha’s energy, spunk, and perseverance more than made up for her size. She excelled both as a homemaker and in her professional life in manufacturing, leaving a legacy of hard work and dedication that inspired all who knew her.
Family and Loved Ones
Trisha is survived by those who loved her dearly: her daughter Sadie Cross and fiancé Isaiah Risner, her son Kaleb Cross, and her grandson Ezra Risner. She is also remembered fondly by her siblings: Scott Hall and wife Carmen Hall, Alisha Danner and husband Josh Danner, Travis Hall and fiancé Courtney Pfeil, and Brett Hall and wife Corine Terrell.
Trisha’s extended family, including her aunt Donna Bonnie and fiancé Jimmy Wise, and her uncle John Jones, along with countless friends and loved ones, will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Her laughter, warmth, and spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A celebration of Trisha’s life will be held at Austin College Lake Campus on October 19th at 2:00 pm, the day of her birthday. Family, friends, and community members are warmly invited to join in remembering and honoring the remarkable life of Trisha Cross, a woman whose love, strength, and adventurous spirit touched so many.
