ACUSHNET, Massachusetts — The SouthCoast community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 27-year-old Michah Nason of Plymouth, who tragically lost his life following a motorcycle crash late Saturday night in Acushnet.
According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, emergency crews responded to reports of a serious crash around 10:10 p.m. on October 25 in front of 444 Main Street. When first responders arrived, they discovered a 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle with what investigators described as “catastrophic damage” leaning against a nearby home.
Michah was found a short distance away, suffering from life-threatening injuries. Despite immediate efforts by Acushnet Police, EMS, and hospital staff, he passed away early Sunday morning.
Authorities believe no other vehicles were involved in the crash, and the incident remains under investigation by the Massachusetts State Police assigned to the D.A.’s Office along with the Acushnet Police Department.
