CONCORD, N.C. — The Concord Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Zoey, who has been missing since August 30, 2025. Despite ongoing search efforts, no confirmed sightings have been reported, and investigators now believe she may have traveled to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or other parts of North Carolina.
According to authorities, Zoey was last seen leaving a friend’s residence in Concord late on the evening of August 30. Since then, her family and local law enforcement have worked tirelessly to track her movements, following every lead and reaching out to multiple jurisdictions for assistance.
Zoey’s family describes her as a bright, loving, and artistic young woman with a gentle personality. Her sudden disappearance has devastated those who know her best.
“We’re praying for her safe return every day,” said a relative. “Zoey, if you can see this, we just want you home. You’re not in trouble—your family and friends miss you so much.”
Investigators say they are considering all possibilities, including whether Zoey left on her own or may have been lured away by someone she knew online. Detectives have been combing through social media accounts, communication logs, and travel records in hopes of uncovering new information that could lead to her location.
The Concord Police Department has been coordinating with agencies across state lines to expand the search. Officials have encouraged residents in both North Carolina and Philadelphia to remain vigilant and report any potential sightings.
“We are working around the clock to bring Zoey home,” said a department spokesperson. “Any tip, no matter how small, could make a difference.”
Community members have been instrumental in the search, organizing awareness campaigns, candlelight vigils, and volunteer efforts. Flyers featuring Zoey’s image have been distributed across multiple states, while local organizations continue to provide emotional and logistical support to her family.
Law enforcement is urging residents and businesses to review any security or doorbell camera footage from late August through early September that might show Zoey or a vehicle connected to her disappearance.
Those with information are asked to contact the Concord Police Department at (704) 920-5000 or submit an anonymous tip through local Crime Stoppers.
As the search enters its third month, hope remains strong in the community that Zoey will be found safe. Family members and volunteers continue to remind the public that even the smallest piece of information could bring her one step closer to home.
“We won’t stop searching,” said a family friend. “Someone out there knows something—and we just need that one clue to bring her back.”
