JOHNSTON, R.I. — What began as a chaotic street fight broadcast live on Facebook early Friday morning escalated into a violent shooting that left three people wounded and a community reeling. Authorities confirmed that 21-year-old Jordan Malik Wright of Johnston has been taken into custody in connection with the incident.

The confrontation reportedly began as a heated argument between several individuals, which quickly turned physical. Eyewitnesses told investigators that tensions had been simmering for weeks, with Friday morning’s altercation reaching its breaking point in full public view as it was streamed online.
